François Fournier has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in leadership of publicly traded companies within Healthcare. He has successfully grown large businesses and organizations as President of North America, Head of Global Marketing and Area Vice-President in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
During his various leadership roles in mid-and large-cap organizations from Abbott, to Galderma/Nestlé Skin Health and most recently, Smith & Nephew; François has been instrumental in strategy definition, strategic planning, and revenue model design and implementation.
Mr. Fournier is an energetic, persistent and entrepreneurial healthcare leader. Performance driven, he is fast in execution. He has been the driving force of change management and involved in major organizational re-alignments. A passionate leader, he challenges team members to reach their full potential, leads by example, and cultivates individual accountability.
He is a Doctor of Pharmacy (France and Germany) and earned a Master's in Business Intelligence from HEC International Business School in Paris. He is fluent in French, German, and English. At Virbac, he oversees all corporate functions for Virbac North America and is responsible for the growth and profitability of both the U.S. and Canadian operations.
