Kimberlee Guillaume is a practiced people leader with a history of organizational change and employee development. She has over 20 years of experience leading HR groups across diverse industries including transportation, financial services and renewable energy. Kim joined the US Executive Leadership team from General Electric (GE) where she developed strong skills in organizational design, mergers & acquisitions and labor relations. She received her a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
Kim is a genuine leader who will foster Virbac's culture; combining a human resource strategy to our dynamic business plans. She and her team will focus on our core value of ensuring employee development and satisfaction, in addition to creating modern employee value packages, digital HR systems and impactful workforce planning.
