Chief Financial Officer
Jason L. Bailey serves as Chief Financial Officer, North America, leading regional financial strategy, operational alignment, FP&A, commercial finance, and technology integration to drive sustainable growth and profitability across North America.
With over 20 years of executive financial and operational leadership across the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors, Jason has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, sharpening forecasting and pricing discipline, and modernizing core operational systems and reporting tools.
Prior to joining Virbac, Jason served as CFO at enableCV, a specialty cardiovascular device company, where he built the financial and operational infrastructure through its carve-out from Edwards Lifesciences and subsequent sale to Water Street Healthcare Partners. He previously served as CFO of venture-backed biotechnology company Modern Meadow, and spent eight years at Smith & Nephew, serving as global CFO for its $1.5 billion Advanced Wound Management division. Earlier in his career, he held strategic finance and analytics leadership roles at Galderma, Sanofi-Aventis, and Kinetic Concepts.
Jason holds an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Finance from Trinity University.
