VIRBAC CORPORATION STRENGTHENS SALES ORGANIZATION

Fort Worth, Texas (April 2, 2015) – Virbac Corporation today announced the promotions of three individuals, Naomi Potts, Bryan Armstrong and Mary Jo McNeily to Sales Director Roles. In these new roles, they will report directly to Jim Van Proosdy, Vice President of Sales for Virbac U.S.

McNeily has more than 18 years of experience with Virbac, where she began as a Territory Manager for the Midwest Region. In 2008, she was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and has been a top performer ever since. Before joining Virbac, McNeily worked for Mead Johnson Pharmaceutical Division and earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University, Oxford, OH. She will continue to reside in Charlotte, NC.

Naomi Potts, who had been managing the Florida Region has been promoted to Area Sales Director for the Southern & Western U.S. In this new role, Naomi will be responsible for the management of the NW, Southern California, Mid-South, Lone Star, Plains, Gulf Coast & Florida regions.

Potts brings over 25 years of experience in the both the human and animal health industry. She has held a variety of positions in Sales and Marketing, and has led both Canadian and American operations in the past. Before joining Virbac, Potts held leadership positions at Novartis Animal Health and Jannsen-Ortho. Potts earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Guelph in Ontario Canada.

Bryan Armstrong, who had been guiding the Inside Sales and Customer Service (ISR/CSR) Team, has been promoted to the newly created position of Channel Director. In this role, Armstrong will be responsible for leading the National Accounts, Corporate Accounts and Customer Service teams to achieve short and long-term revenue goals in line with the company's and group's strategies while developing strategic partnerships with new high profile, high potential accounts.

Armstrong has more than 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held positions in numerous commercial functions including sales, marketing, training, operations and customer service. Before joining Virbac, Armstrong held leadership positions with Schering-Plough Corporation and GlaxoSmithKline. Armstrong earned his bachelor's degree in health science from California State University, Fresno.
